I placed an order but haven't received an email

There have been reports of inability to receive emails due to configuration issues with mobile email addresses, iCloud email, Gmail, and other email addresses.
Please check the following cases:

When will it be shipped?

The online store is open from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays as a general rule. If there is no specified date, the item will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Can I return or exchange items?

We only accept returns for items that are unused and still have tags attached. Please contact us via our official LINE account "Inquiries" or our inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
We do not accept exchanges except for defective products. If you wish to exchange an unused item, please return the item and purchase a new one.

In the event of an initial defect, we will cover the shipping costs and transfer fees associated with the purchase, as well as the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Up to what neck size can the 2 in 1 Rope Leash be used?

The ring that fastens it as a collar can be moved along the rope, so it is one size fits all.
The rope is 150cm long, so the lead length will be shorter depending on the dog's neck size.

Can it be used for large dogs?

TEYÖSPAE & PAWS' original leashes are strength tested according to the standards of the Pet Products Industry Association.
Please see each product page for applicable weight.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, breakdowns or damage caused by your dog's unexpected behavior or unavoidable circumstances, such as sudden pulling, constant pulling, or a tendency to spin.
