Refund policy

7-Day Return Policy:

Our 7-day return policy applies. You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at hello@teyospaepaws.com or through our official LINE account. When contacting us, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The item you wish to return

We will send you a confirmation email regarding the return. Please note that inquiries outside of business hours will be answered on the next business day.

Weekdays, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Closed on weekends and public holidays)

Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect the items upon receipt of your order. If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), customized products (special orders, personalized items, etc.), and hygiene-related items (beauty products, etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Additionally, returns for customer reasons such as incorrect sizing are not accepted.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the item first. After the return is accepted, you can separately purchase the new item you want.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Unless the received item is defective, the return shipping cost and any associated fees (such as transfer fees, cash on delivery fees, convenience store payment fees, etc.) will be at the customer's expense. (Shipping costs include those incurred during free shipping promotions.)

In the case of defective items, we will cover the cost of the original shipping, transfer fees, and the return/exchange shipping fees.
